We answer common questions before buying wine at Vipejar: shipping, payments, breakage, returns, and help choosing the right wine.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to mainland Spain. If you need to send an order to another destination, please write to us before purchasing and we will check if we can manage it.
How long does the order take?
We prepare orders as quickly as possible. As a reference, shipments are usually delivered within 24-72 business hours from when they leave our facilities, depending on the destination and the transport agency.
How is the wine protected during transport?
We use packaging designed for wine bottles, with adequate protection to reduce the risk of bumps and breakages during shipping.
What do I do if a bottle arrives broken?
Write to us as soon as possible at vipejardistribuciones@gmail.com with photos of the package, the bottle, and the shipping label. We will review the case and find a quick solution.
Can I return a wine?
If the order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issue, contact us to review it. For food safety reasons, open or tampered bottles cannot be returned unless there is a justified defect or incident.
What payment methods do you accept?
The store allows payment through the methods available on Shopify's secure gateway at the time of checkout.
I don't know which wine to choose, can you help me?
Yes. You can write to us and tell us what occasion you need it for, what kind of food you are going to prepare, or what style of wine you usually like. We will recommend simple options adapted to your case.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices shown in the store include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
